Russell and Gail Michael (East Kern Services Production Managers) have over fifty years film and video production experience between them, and know the Antelope Valley like the backs of their hands.

Russell is an experienced Production Manager, Location Manager and Location Scout, and has spent over 20 years in Southern California.

Russell and Gail are owners of California City Studios, Inc. (in addition to his Location duties) with Feature film, television series and commercial projects under his belt.

They helped establish the East Kern Film Commission as the in-house location specialist and the Fremont Valley Museum and Center For The Arts.

Together they're knowledgeable about the individual needs of movie, commercial and corporate producers.

We handel all contract negotiations between the location and the Production company.

We scout out locations to your specific needs and offer you a varity of options.

We work well with the Kern County and Los Angeles film commissions.

We can location manage, or site rep the location for you. And have an experienced staff that will see to it that your needs are met.
